Succulent Terrariums

Happy Spring!

I've been making succulent terrariums. They are such resilient characters! I'm wanting to arrange more glass ones to hang by chains, and I think it would be awesome to go as far as to wire wrap some them to add more natural beauty.

Here they are basking in warm Colorado sun, yellow blossoms out of the last picture here in my heart shaped dish. Two friends and I gathered the bright green moss on a hike on Mount Evans.

If anyone knows the names of any of these succulents or the moss, please fill me in. My partner bought me them all as a gift in bulk and they didn't come with any information.

Warm wishes,

I'm not a ghost!

I promise! I've just been busy graduating, moving, and so much other grit. Ideally, I was going to post this fantastic article on the momentous finale of Wakarusa. However, I have gone down the infinite rabbit hole of Neurotheology in preparation of a lecture/discussion i'll be giving titled, The Neuroscience of Religious, Spiritual, and Psychedelic Experiences at Sonic Bloom in Georgetown, Colorado in less than two weeks. (!) I do want to go ahead and link everyone to the PDFS my remarkable partner pirated, downloaded for a good cause. :)
Also, I want to link a few of the websites i've found for helpful podcasts and other helpful material and sources. Dr. Todd Murphy's information, podcasts, and links to biomed journals has proven to be of great use.
I just signed up with dropbox.. So, i'm going to use it to share the books, music, podcasts, essays, and whatever else format of information I find specific to the rabbit hole i'm in. Andrew Newberg's Principles of Neurotheolgy and John Horgan's Rational Mysticism are the two on the top of my list right now.
As for music that you should actually pay for, check out this compilation cd for Sasha Shulgin that my friend Michael Garfield put together to benefit the Shulgin's in Sasha's battle with his health. Featured on the album is Stardust Output's song Therevada!

Okay, i'll write more later. I can't stare at this screen any longer. Look forward to essays and lectures from me, and enjoy the material I posted. I will post specific pdfs and information upon request too. (or email them) or whatever.

PS- I moved to Colorado and i'm avidly searching for an intentional community to direct my energy into. Any regional burners, temporary autonomous zone enthusiasts, permaculture gurus, or conscious folk should collide with me. I'm ready to make sparks.

Just messing with opacity and images today in the ICU. Today is the 10th day that my dad has been in the hospital after a pretty serious car accident. He's mendable and has a full recovery to look forward to, but right now I get to sit on the sidelines and watch them inject my tied down, sedated father. It's difficult, to say the least.

namesake etymolgy

So, my birth certificate name is Connie Reann Phillips. I was first called Reann, Ann, then Annie. Shortly after I decided to go by Annie I read 'House of Leaves' where it mentioned that in Arabic Annie meant 'I am'. I'm getting my undergrad degree in Philosophy which in Greek means 'love of wisdom'. The prefix Philo means love.
Annie Philo
I am love
Then, I found this book (below) by Sylvester Judd which has a scene that begins on pg 45 'A River Side' Philo and Annie.

Stardust Output Updates

We opened up for OTT at George's Majestic in Fayetteville, AR last Sunday Oct 24th. The crowd was great and we really enjoyed playing there.

secret surprise Halloween show on Sunday 10/31.
I encourage everyone to check out
As for now, here's a video of us performing live at the Telepath show in Little Rock back in September. My dear/deer friend Alyssa Moran shot it.

Sunshine Festival was as marvelous as anyone could have hoped, despite the chilly nights and 5/0 guest appearance. I think it's safe to say that we had the youngest live painters on stage with us!

As always, stay focused and positive.
